Bad Customer Service

Would give 0 if I could. I won a giveaway back in February, and I have been back and forth with very very delayed messages on where the whereabouts of when my prize will be delivered. Finally got back to me a week ago only to say that they don’t do giveaways out of the UK. How was I suppose to know that when I won? Feels very cheap. I used to order from this place regularly, but now I feel a bit f’d over. Very sad and disappointed. Won’t be ordering from this place again.
