Very easy process as they send it via email, it comes through very speedily, just remember that they don’t work on weekends so if you order on a Friday night or at the weekend don’t expect it till Monday. Such a good gift, I got mine for my sister as I didn’t want to get her something that she didn’t actually like, I wanted to give her a product of choice.
