Ordered like 2-3 months ago, haven’t gotten the product, spoke with customer service and after 2-3 weeks of talking to them on Instagram they stopped responding and the responses until then had been vague and not giving me any information. I asked for a refund and just got the same response “We’re looking into it”. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my little sister and another one for my girlfriend and now i’m out $70 and my little sisters birthday was a month ago :(
